The topic of this course is dedicated to digital aesthetic dentistry on front teeth following the Chair-side process. Planning a new smile we must achieve two different objectives related to clinical aspects and marketing. The simulation of the final result directly in the patient's mouth is essential, because thanks to this step it is possible to evaluate the impact of our project not only on the front teeth but on the entire face of the patient, also evaluating the canine and incisal guides and possibly the vertical dimension changes.
The program will always take into consideration the needs of the patient we will treat during the course, which means that we will create the definitive treatment plan together considering all the aspects that could affect the final result not only from a clinical point of view but also from a psychological point of view .
During the course I will show you all the step-by-step protocols of a live case, from the study of the smile to the cementation of prosthetic devices.

TOOTH PREPARATION AND CAD-CAM PHASES
Concept of preparation: this step is probably one of the most delicate in the entire work protocol, and it is necessary to proceed with care to achieve predictable results in the end.
Preparation techniques: what type of preparation? why?
• Preparation starting from the mock-up
• Silicone index for controlling the preparation
• Microscope-assisted preparation
• Immediate dentin hybridization
• Preparation control with digital tools
• Gingival retraction systems
Digital Impression
• General concepts of digital impression
• Digital design strategies: "Biocopy," "Copy and flip," and "Individual biogeneric"
• Mock-up scanning techniques
• Scanning techniques for prepared teeth
• Scanning technique to create the "gingival mask" in anterior cases after conditioning of soft tissues
Digital planning of the treated case using CEREC software and Materials
• Virtual smile design step
by step
• Digital tools
• Milling and grinding
• Burs: optimizing the final result
• Materials: What does the market offer today? Ceramic, Composites, and hybrid materials selection criteria

FINALIZATION OF PROSTHETIC DEVICES AFTER THEIR MILLING:
POLISHING TECHNIQUE • COLORATION TECHNIQUE • CUT-BACK TECHNIQUE • CEMENTATION • MAINTENANCE
General concepts related to micro and macro texture, smile morphologies, and naturalness
• Step-by-step polishing technique: which materials? which tools? which indications?
• Step-by-step coloration technique:
which materials? which tools? which indications?
• Step-by-step cut-back technique:
which materials? which tools? which indications?
Cementation: step-by-step protocol
• Isolation of the operative site with rubber dam
• Management of prosthetic devices before cementation for different materials
usable;
• Step-by-step cementation procedures
Maintenance of artifacts after their cementation
• How to maintain all prosthetic devices after their cementation: step-by-step protocol
• Which tools to avoid to prevent damage to thin veneers?
• Conclusions
Start of Work: 9:30 AM
During this meeting, each participant from the previous course will have the opportunity to present a clinical case, and the group will discuss the working methods and operational protocols.
Each participant should showcase a clinical case, highlighting the following aspects:
1. Photographic technique used to capture images explaining their approach.
2. Case planning following an approach aligned with DSD concepts (Classical or digital DSD).
3. Case planning details.
4. Clinical step-by-step procedures.
5. Case finalization.
6. Final outcome.
All cases will be managed together with the speaker, who will guide the group through video calls and share all the necessary materials and protocols for exercises via DROPBOX.
